Stroll through our exquisite formal gardens as the butterflies, insects and hummingbirds return to colorful beds of blossoms. Almost 75 varieties of witch hazel bloom into spring, accompanied by hellebores, early bulbs like daffodil and tulips and flowering crab apples, lilacs, dogwoods, and tree peonies.
Look for native woodland wildflowers blooming along the Marie Aull Nature Trail, which runs approximately 1 mile through the Swamp Forest and natural area beyond the gardens.
Look for the Children's Discovery Garden to stay open until 8 pm starting April 1st. |
